Abiodun Alabi Takes Over As Lagos State Commissioner of Police

New Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Alabi.

Abiodun Alabi has been appointed to take over from Hakeem Odumosu, as the Police chief in Lagos State.

It would be recalled that Odumosu, the outgoing Commissioner of Police, along with five others, had recently been promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Police, following which, he was expected to be redeployed from the Lagos State command.

TheFact Nigeria reports that Alabi, who is expected to report in Lagos Monday next week, was, until his latest appointment, the Bauchi State Commissioner of Police.
