Buhari Appoints Mohammed Abdullahi As Environment Minister

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the immediate re-deployment of Mohammed H. Abdullahi to the Ministry of Environment as substantive Minister.

This was made known in a statement on Wednesday by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.

TheFact Nigeria reports that Mohammed Abdullahi, until his appointment, was the Minister of State for Science, Technology and Innovation.

The  SGF’s  statement was titled, “Re-deployment of Mohammed H. Abdullahi.”

The statement reads: “The President hopes that he would bring his wealth of experience to bear on his new assignment for the growth of the country”.
