Muhammadu Buhari in 2018 is now getting a facelift courtesy of the Dangote Industries Limited.
A Tweet by the presidency on Thursday, said Dangote will be restoring the main bowl pitch and also replacing the scoreboards.
“This gesture by the Dangote Industries Limited is in line with the Adoption Campaign launched by the Minister of Sport, Mr Sunday Dare in December 2019, to create an avenue for the private sector to support the Federal Government in its efforts to restore national sporting monuments,” the presidency statement said.
