8 Coys’ Certificates Confirmed, 160 Pending In NIPC’s Q2 Report 

The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) has released the Report of Pioneer Status Incentive (PSI) applications processed between 01 April and 30 June 2021.

The second quarter report shows that 8 companies had their production date certificate confirmed. As at 30 June 2021, 31 companies were still enjoying PSI, 160 applications are still pending and no applications abandoned.

TheFact Niveria noted that in the same period, seven approvals-in-principle were granted and no extension application was approved and no approvals were denied.

The Report also revealed that no fewer than 28 new applications and 5 extension applications were received during the period.
