NEMA, Red Cross Hold Simulation Exercise On Emergency, Disaster Response

The National Emergency Management Agency, (NEMA) recently held a simulation exercise to increase public awareness on emergency and disaster response.

The event hosted on the Plateau was part of stakeholders capacity engagement and coordination.

It was hosted at the instance of the Nigerian Red Cross Society to celebrate the World Red Cross and World Crescent Day.

Participants included the Fire Service, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, (NSCDC), the Federal Roads Safety Commission, (FRSC), the Nigeria Police and market traders.
