AEDC Announces Plan To Interrupt Power Supply In Mararaba

The Management of Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has informed of intermittent power supply Interruption around Mararaba, a suburb in Nassarawa State from today, Sunday, 3rd to 6th January 2021.

AEDC said, customers in the following areas under Mararaba: Aso Pada, Mararaba Guruku, Aku Village, Kabayi, part of Abacha road towards Sharp corner, Range market, Abbatoir, Tudun Wada, NIMCO Qtrs, Abacha Road, GT Bank, Polaris Bank, First Bank, Zenith Bank, Boundary Road, Custom Qtrs 1&3 would experience power interruption during the period.

The power company said, the interruption was to allow its technical team replace the entire breaker panels at the 2X15MVA, 33/11kV Inj. S/S J22 in Mararaba.

“While we appeal for the patience and understanding of the affected customers, we assure them that the maintenance exercise is aimed at improving the quality of our services to them.

“We are available to assist with enquiries through any of our contact channels,” AEDC said in a statement.
