Obasanjo To Buhari: Act Now Before It Is Too Late

In the midst of the outbreak of violence across several parts of the country following the shooting of EndSARS protesters in Lagos by military operatives on Tuesday, former president Olusegun Obasanjo has called on President Muhammad Buhari to take action before it is too late, stating that Nigeria is on the edge of a cliff.

He made the call in a statement issued today, saying, “We are in a critical moment in this crisis and Mr. President must act now before it is too late. The times demand leadership and mature leadership at such”.

He noted further that, “This is yet another moment when our nation is on the edge of a cliff. Our individual and collective actions now a d in the next few days will determine where we will go as a nation”.

He prayed for God’s help in taking the right steps in the right direction.
