Stakeholders in the Education sector have called for more investment in skills acquisition programmes for vulnerable persons across the country.

The Executive Director of JUWACI, Mrs. Jennifer Alih who stressed the need for access to quality and free Education especially at the grassroots maintained, that the organisation had empowered over two hundred thousand persons with scholarships as well as skills acquisition programmes.
“JUWACI from the onset had set out to bring succour to the vulnerable and the less privileged in society who in one way or the other face hardship as they navigate the challenges of day to day living. This gesture is part of that resolve by JUWACI in its vision of a society where everyone lives well and happily” she said.
