The Management of the Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals says it has contained the minor fire outbreak at its effluent treatment plant.
A statement on Wednesday by the Dangote Group Spokesperson, Mr. Anthony Chiejina said, there is no cause for alarm as the situation has been brought under control.
He said: “We have swiftly contained a minor fire incident at our effluent treatment plant (ETP), today Wednesday, 26th June.

“There is no cause for alarm as the refinery is operating and there is no recorded injury or body harm to all our staff on duty”, Mr. Chiejina said.
