The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has appointed a German, Bruno Labbadia as the new Manager of the Super Eagles.
His appointment which was announced on the NFF official X handle on Tuesday, takes immediate effect.
He replaces Finidi George, who resigned after being in charge for four matches earlier this year.
Born on February 8, 1966, Bruno Labbadia is a German football manager and former player who played as a striker.
He won the DFB-Pokal in 1989-90 with 1. FC Kaiserslautern and the Bundesliga in 1993-94 with FC Bayern Munich.
He was also capped twice for the German team. He last managed VFB Stuttgart.
