NIS, NSCDC, Release Update On Recruitment Excercise
The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has released a statement informing the general public of the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for recruitment into the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), which holds on the 7th of December, and that of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), which holds on the 8th.
According to the press release signed today by the Secretary of the Board, Mallam Al-Hassan S. Yakmut, on behalf of the Chairman, candidates are advised to check their e-mails and phone messages for notifications with respect to the CBAT venue, from 6pm on December 1. All shortlisted candidates are to report at the various CBAT centres to which they have been assigned, at the times indicated against their names, to sit for the test.
Accordingly, candidates who applied for NIS are to visit https://immigrationrecruitment.org.ng while those who applied for NSCDC and subsequently updated their educational records are to visit https://cdfipb.careers to print individual letters of invitation.
Candidates are to take note of the specific sessions and times for the examination as stated in the notification message for strict compliance, as there will not be access to any other session and time than that which has been allotted via email and SMS.
Furthermore, candidates are to come along with a photocopy of the Online Application Reference Form and any other acceptable means of identification with very clear holder’s photo, as well as face masks which is mandatory.
Candidates are also to be weary of any notification received outside email addresses or phone messages, as such are not valid, while third party (forwarded) messages to other candidates are not only unacceptable, but will also lead to outright disqualification.
