The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) has reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of N5,760 trillion for December 2025.
This was contained in the Monthly Report Summary for December, 2025, released by the national oil company on Thursday.
TheFact Daily notes that the report also highlighted key figures, including crude oil and condensate production, natural gas output, revenue, strategic initiatives during the period, and more.
According to the report, NNPC Ltd generated a total revenue of N60,517 trillion within the same period reported.
It also revealed that Crude Oil & Condensate Production was 1.54 mbopd, while Natural Gas Production was 6,914 mscf/d in December 2025.
The report puts the Company’s statutory payments between January and December 2025 at N14,706 trillion, while disclosing 65% Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) availability in its retail filling stations across the country.
NNPC explained that December production performance was affected by planned Maintenance work at Stardeep-Agbami, Renaissance-Estuary Area (EA) and unplanned production facility outages.
On Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK) Gas Pipeline project, NNPC put the progress at 91%. It said it has successfully completed the mainline welding works as scheduled, adding that efforts are being intensified to complete the IPS and BVS.
NNPC also puts the completion of the Obiafu-Obrikom-Oben (OB3) Gas Pipeline project (River Niger Crossing) at 96%, revealing that it has successfully completed all early works and commenced Pilot Hole drilling. Project on course to be completed as scheduled.
Meanwhile, it announced an Upstream Pipeline Availability of 100%.
