Following the rumour that Hollywood/Nollywood Ace Actor, Olu Jacobs has passed, the founder of Genevieve Magazine, Betty Irabor, has confirmed that he is well and alive.
The rumour was so intense on Social Media that the vetran actor passed on Sunday at the age of 82.
However, a tweet from Irabor said: “Olu Jacobs is well and alive. Please ignore all rumours of his passing.”
The family has also released a video to prove that the actor is alive.
This is not the first time the rumour of his death is spreading. In 2022, his wife, veteran actress, Joke Silva threatened to take legal actions against those spreading death rumours about her husband.
She said: “The Jacob clan would love to inform you that Pa J (Olu Jacobs MFR) is alive and enjoying himself as always in the comfort of his home and loved ones. To all those that have decided to ignore our last warnings regarding fake news, kindly prepare for legal action.”
Recall that Olu Jacobs has been battling with Dementia for a while now.
