Real Estate Mogul Bags Humanitanan Service Award
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Wise Trust International Limited, Pastor Tayo Ayinla was on Wednesday honored with an award for his relentless service to humanity .
Presenting the award to him in his office at Jeje, Nassarawa state, the Chief Executive Officer of Double Click Network limited and Totorinews.com, Mr Francis Achi commended the effort of Pst. Ayinla and his outstanding contributions to humanity as a leader, public servant, business man and philanthropist.
TheFact Nigeria gathered that Pastor Tayo Ayinla is not only CEO of many companies but also the chairman board of directors Okatayo foundation for Orphans, Widows and the vulnerable in the society.
Ayinla, a civil engineer by training is also a writer. He has authored inspirational books on business strategies such as Secret For Building Lasting Wealth, Pathway To Wealth, Wealth Capsules and Passion Driven.

Speaking to newsmen at the award ceremony, Pst. Ayinla expressed appreciation to God for everything He has done.
“I give God all the glory for everything. The essence of life is to be a blessing to the needy, to give hope to many people contemplating on giving up due to the challenges against them,” he said
Speaking further, he encouraged people who have the dream of venturing into real estate business not to wait until they become millionaires before pursuing their dreams.
“Wise Trust International is into real estate and livestock farming. In real estate, we want people to know that they should not wait until they become millionaires before they could buy or own a piece of land.
“Our major target is the low income earner, that is why you are not seeing us in the developed areas like Asokoro, Maitaima in Abuja,” he revealed.
According to him, most of the places they have estates are in the developing areas outside Abuja.
