The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has announced the commencement of the 2025 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for active contributors and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).
PenCom, in a statement on Friday, disclosed that the survey, which began on 3 November 2025, would run until 17 December 2025.
The survey, according to the regulator, was designed to assess customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and pension literacy among Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).

The Commission encouraged all active contributors and retirees to kindly complete the survey.
It said the link for the survey could be found on www.pencom.gov.ng and on its social media handles.
