The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has moved the unveiling and inauguration of its National Campaign Council (NCC) to Monday, 26th October 2026, after previously fixing it for Tuesday, 20th October.
In a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Osa Director Esq, and dated 19th October 2026, the party said the change was necessitated by a tight schedule involving its presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, who has an important engagement overseas.
The party apologised for any inconvenience the postponement may cause and urged its members and supporters to remain focused on delivering victory for Obi and all NDC candidates in the forthcoming presidential and general elections.
“A New Nigeria is Possible,” the statement concluded.
