The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has invited property managers to bid for the management of properties in various States and the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.
The Commission made this known on Thursady via a circular made available to the public on its X handle @icpcnigeria.
TheFact Daily reports that the properties include a nursery and primary school, Dame Millennium Academy, in Akwa Ibom State; Agarewills event centre, which comprises of an event centre, warehouse, lounge, hair salon and kitchen section, and Agarewills Oil and Gas, a purpose built filling station, both in Cross River State.
Others are: Doyin Guest Inn, a
12-room guest house and Gravity FM Radio Station, in Oyo State, and Tejumola House, an office/shopping plaza on a 5 storey occupying 1,320.5 square metres (sqm) situated in Ikeja, Lagos State.
The properties in Abuja are Aphro plaza /shopping mall, a one storey building consisting of 25 suites, 2 floors banking hall and conference hall, located in Gwagwalada, 2 units of 4-bedroom duplexes located in Life camp, and 1 unit of 5-bedroom semi-detached duplex located in Zone 5, Wuse.
According to the notice, interested, experienced and competent companies are to submit eligibility documents, which include evidences of current: Pension Compliance Certificate, Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate and Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate, all of which should be valid till 31st December, 2023.
Also required are evidence of current Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years, valid till 31st December, 2023; company/firm’s audited accounts for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, and evidence of company/firm’s current registration with relevant professional body(ies).
All documents are to be transmitted with a covering or forwarding letter with the company/firm’s letter head paper, and addressed to the Chairman, ICPC, Plot 802 Constitution Avenue, Central Area, Abuja.
Interested applicants are expected to make their submissions not later than 7 days from date of the notice.
