Tinubu Sworn-In As Nigerian President
Former Lagos State Governor, Ahmed Bola Tinubu has been sworn-in as a democratically elected President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Former President, Muhammadu Buhari performed the Presidential Inauguration before heading to his Daura Home in Katsina State.
Kashim Shittima was also sworn-in as the Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In his inaugural speech, Tinubu said, the transition has put an end to the doubting thomases who were anticipating the breakup of the country.
Tinubu who assures an all inclusive government, pledges to take definite steps against corruption and insecurity.
He also promised over six (6) percent Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth and announced the total removal of subsidy from petroleum products.
President Tinubu assures domestic and foreign investors that his administration would review all complaints, especially with regards to multiple taxation.
