Vice President Kashim Shettima is set to launch the Yobe State Agricultural Empowerment Programme in Damaturu.
The Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media and communications, Mr. Stanley Nkwocha who dropped the hint in a post on his X handle said, the programme would be launched today (Saturday) at the Damaturu Stadium.
Mr. Nkwocha further disclosed that the Vice President Kashim Shettima would represent President Bola Tinubu at the event as part of the federal government’s commitment to enhancing food security and rural development in Yobe State and across Nigeria.
