Institute Confers Doctorate On Dr. Bako For Outstanding Leadership Performance

The Institute of Leadership Manpower and Management Development (ILMMD) has conferred a Doctorate of Transformational Leadership, Conflict Resolution and Management Development (Honoris Causa) on Dr. Pius David Bako.
He was also inducted as a Platinum Fellow of the Institute as a professional who has distinguished himself in his chosen field while contributing and impacting the society.
ILMMD is a professional body revered for administrative and leadership prestige competencies with membership made up of top, middle and lower-level executives and administrators, as well as leadership in power and management development experts, specialists, coaches, consultants, trainers and spokespersons.
Dr. Bako was recognised for his regulatory contributions and myriads of leadership competencies and organisational management in his field of endeavours.
His contribution to utility regulation, leadership, manpower, administration and management development in the society, and his academic attainment both from Nigeria and other international institutions where he attended a lot of capacity-building programmes, contributed to the reason for this noble recognition.
Dr. Bako, is currently working in the power sector in Nigeria. He is a seasoned regulatory specialist and has been certified as a customer service trainer by Service Quality Institute (SQI), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA (Alumni). His 25 years of Regulatory expertise is dedicated to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
He is eager to leverage extensive knowledge and proven track record to drive regulatory excellence and facilitate business growth within an organisation.
The Director of membership services for the institute, Dr. Theophilus Cornerstone, who represented the Board of Directors charged the awardees to show their leadership proficiency and honesty wherever they found themselves.
He also charged awardees to show outstanding professionalism in their areas of leadership responsibilities, so they can be the most sought after visionary-leaders in society.
