Chairman, Miyetti Allah, Three Members, Killed By Bandits In Abuja

Chairman, MACBAN, late Adamu Aliyu

Chairman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association Of Nigeria, MACBAN, Adamu Aliyu, has been reportedly killed by bandits.

The Association’s Secretary, Mohammed Usman, who confirmed the incident, said the late MACBAN Chairman, along with six others were returning from Izom market in Niger State, when he was attacked by gunmen.

TheFact Nigeria gathered that the Chairman had traveled to Niger State, Thursday, 7 April, with his members to sell some cows, and was on his way back, when they were attacked at Daku village in Dobi ward, a border village between FCT and Niger state, by gun welding bandits who shot him and the others.

FCT Police Commissioner, CP Babaji Sunday, also confirmed the attack and death of the MACBAN Chairman, and disclosed that investigations have commenced into the incident.
