President Bola Tinubu has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the former Governor of Katsina State, Ibrahim Shema, as he marks his 68th birthday.
In a congratulatory message posted by the Presidency on x handle on Monday, the President Tinubu celebrate the visionary leader, whose legacy of statesmanship and financial discipline remains a reference in the country.
He expressed his profound gratitude to him for his acts of patriotism and commitment towards humanitarian and infrastructural development, highlighting his audible interventions across several sectors in Katsina State.
President Tinubu ceased the opportunity to outlined some of the achievement of the Formal governor while he was on power, some of which includes; investing in infrastructural development during his tenure, such as building of new secondary schools, girl-child primary schools, Almajiri model schools, ICT and business institutes, clinics, and a 250-bed specialist hospital.
The President hailed Shema, who is now the current Chairman of the Governing Board of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), on his many achievements, awards and for setting a good standard of governance in the country.
He prayed that God Almighty will grant him many years of good health.
