The Supreme Court has affirmed the election of Bala Mohammed as Governor of Bauchi State.
The apex court in a unanimous decision by the five-member panel led by Justice John Okoro said there was no reason to upturn the judgements of the lower courts.
It, therefore, dismissed the appeal filed by Sadique Abubakar, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for “devoid of merit”
