198 students of the University of Calabar are among the latest beneficiaries of loan disbursement from the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) to the tune of ₦15,866,000.00.
NELFund announced the development in a post on its official X handle on Wednesday.

“We are pleased to announce the successful disbursement of ₦15,866,000.00 to 198 students of the University of Calabar, located in Calabar, Cross River State.
“This initiative reflects our continued commitment to supporting educational development and empowering students to achieve their academic goals”.
It was accompanied by a letter confirming receipt of the loan disbursement and signed by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Florence Obi.
