Nollywood Actor, John Okafor popularly called Mr. Ibu has reportedly passed at the age of 62.
Unconfirmed reports have it that the veteran comedian passed away at Evercare Hospital after his long battle with diabetes.
Details about his death are still sketchy as the family has yet to speak or make a formal announcement about his death.

However, in November last year, (2023) his leg was amputated following the advice of his Doctors.
The family of the Nigerian comic actor announced that the Doctors had no choice but to sever the limb “to keep him alive”.
“This development has been hard on us all but we’ve had to accept it as Daddy’s new reality,” the family said.
