Transcorp Hilton Clarifies Temporary Water Supply Disruption

Transcorp Hilton Abuja has confirmed that there was a one-day disruption of water supply to the hotel, resulting from emergency maintenance works by the Federal Capital Territory Water Board (FCTWB), which commenced on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

General Manager, Transcorp Hilton Abuja, Martin Zarybnicky, who confirmed the development in a statement on Friday, explained that the hotel management, in response to the disruption, promptly implemented contingency measures to ensure continued water availability, maintaining guest comfort and uninterrupted service throughout the maintenance period.

He clarified that contrary to false and misleading social media reports, water supply was fully restored on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Since then, he said the hotel has maintained consistent and uninterrupted water supply and continues to operate at full capacity across all outlets.

Zarybnicky said while the hotel appreciates the understanding and support of its guests and stakeholders, it remains committed to delivering the highest standards of hospitality and guest experience.
