Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice as Al-Nassr beat Damac 4-1 on Thursday night to win the 2025-26 Saudi Pro League title at Al-Awwal Park.
The victory gave them their first league crown since 2019 and ended Ronaldo’s long wait for domestic silverware with the club.
The 41-year-old Portuguese icon scored twice, taking his career goal tally past 970 goals, in front of the home crowd at Al-Awwal Park.
Sadio Mané opened the scoring in the 34th minute, and Kingsley Coman added a second shortly after halftime.
Damac pulled one back from the penalty spot through Morlaye Sylla, but Ronaldo gave the lead with a stunning low free-kick from a tight angle in the 63rd minute before sealing the win with a clinical finish in the 81st minute.
The result ensured Al-Nassr finished two points clear of rivals Al-Hilal.
It marks Al-Nassr’s 11th league title and Ronaldo’s first domestic league success with the club since joining in 2023.
There were emotional pitch celebrations as players and fans erupted in joy.
The season was not without setbacks as Al-Nassr had lost the AFC Champions League Two final to Gamba Osaka days earlier; but the squad showed resilience under coach Jorge.
Ronaldo, who contributed significantly throughout the campaign, lifted the trophy alongside teammates including Mané, Coman, and João Félix.
The triumph caps a dominant domestic season for the Yellow Brigade, who scored prolifically and bounced back strongly from earlier challenges in the title race.
Fans poured into the streets celebrating the end of a seven-year wait for league glory.
For Ronaldo, it adds another major honor to his legendary career.
