Power Minister, Adelabu Celebrates Florence Ajimobi At 65

The Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu has felicitated Dr. Florence Ajimobi, wife of Senator Abiola Ajimobi, former two-term Governor of Oyo State, as she marks her 65th birthday, today.

In a birthday message to Dr. Ajimobi, the Minister described her as a “virtuous woman and supportive wife to my great leader, late Senator Abiola Ajimobi during his administration as a two-term Governor between 2011 to 2019”.

Adelabu described the celebrant as a courageous woman who brought empathy, glamour and respect to the office of the first lady in Oyo State through her various pet projects.

“Undoubtedly, the eight years of late Governor Abiola Ajimobi tenure was concluded successfully with the support of the Almighty God and the resilience of a great woman and icon of our time, Dr. (Mrs.) Florence Ajimobi. The celebrant’s milk of human kindness cuts across the 33 local government areas in Oyo State. She has also continued to uphold and sustain the political legacy of our leader”, Adelabu said.

The Minister also described Mrs. Ajimobi as an ambassador of peace who had made indelible marks in her 65 years in the journey of life.

“For someone who has continued to live such a remarkable life and is leaving good legacies, we can only wish her good health and abundant blessings as she marks her birthday, today”.

The excerpt from the congratulatory message reads:

“I want to join thousands of your admirers to wish you a happy birthday and many more happy returns. I rejoice with you and celebrate you as you attain another milestone age on mother earth.
