Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and members of the Economic Sustainability Committee (ESC) have met towards the implementation of N2.3 trillion stimulus package.
According to his spokesman, Laolu Akande, Osinbajo held the meeting this afternoon to start working on the implementation details.
It is the first meeting after Mr. President and the Federal Executive Council (FEC) approved the N2.3Trn stimulus package.
The committee will soon roll out the implementation plan and how the various sectors of the economy will benefit from it.
The Economic Sustainability Committee (ESC) headed by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was first inaugurated on March 30 by President Muhammadu Buhari, and its three sub-committees submitted their reports to the Presidency in late April for review.
